SQL injection
SQL injection usually occurs when you ask a user for input, like their username/userid, and instead of a name/id, the user gives you an SQL statement that you will unknowingly run on your database.
Password breach
In most password data breaches, attackers get their hands on your encrypted password (typically known as a hashed password).
Cross-site scripting
Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) attacks are a type of injection, in which malicious scripts are injected into otherwise benign and trusted websites.
Remote file inclusion
Remote file inclusion (RFI) is an attack targeting vulnerabilities in web applications that dynamically reference external scripts.
Data breach
A data breach is an incident where information is stolen or taken from a system without the knowledge or authorization of the system's owner.
Code injection
Code injection is the exploitation of a computer bug that is caused by processing invalid data. The injection is used by an attacker to introduce (or "inject") code.
